This notice explains the limited data used by the fictional BookSmile dental demo.

What the demo receives
The demo can receive chat messages, an optional name and email, technical session identifiers, and appointment details you choose to provide. Do not submit medical records, symptoms, diagnoses, payment data, or other sensitive information.
Why it is used
Data is used to run the conversation, enforce abuse and cost limits, preserve idempotency, and create a demo calendar event when requested.
Retention
Conversation content and personal information are scheduled for deletion within 30 days. An irreversible contact hash may be retained only to enforce the lifetime 15-message limit.
Processors
The production demo is designed to use the UXLanLabs API, Supabase, Redis, an approved language-model provider, WhatsApp Cloud API, and Google Calendar. The public launch remains blocked until those configurations are verified.
